Protein Spotter started with a simple obsession: peanut butter.
As a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, Wee, our founder, could happily enjoy peanut butter every morning on a slice of warm sourdough. Over the years, while spending countless hours in the gym and diving deep into nutrition research, he noticed a common problem. Many Malaysians simply don't get enough protein in their daily diets.
That sparked an idea.
What if one of his favourite foods could help bridge that gap?
Instead of creating another peanut butter loaded with unnecessary ingredients, added sugars, or artificial fillers, he wanted something simple and honest. Just freshly roasted peanuts, blended into natural peanut butter the way it should be.
But he didn't stop there.
To make it even better, Protein Spotter developed a unique defatting process that removes a portion of the natural peanut oil. The result is a peanut butter that is lower in calories, higher in protein, and higher in fibre, while still delivering the rich peanut flavour peanut butter lovers enjoy.
Today, Protein Spotter is on a mission to make protein more accessible, one spoonful at a time. Because eating more protein shouldn't feel like a chore. Sometimes, it can be as simple as enjoying your favourite peanut butter on toast.
